The start. 12 am September 16 2018

Today starts day 1 of my 2nd water fast. The last fast lasted 2.5 days and I lost about 8 lbs. I’m sure it was just water weight because I have lost 20lbs in a week before and it was documented by my doctors office, so there is that.
My main goal of this 7 day fast is to sever my addiction to Soda, Sweet tea and greasy foods. I am an emotional eater meaning when I get bored or frustrated I eat and usually I go for the fattiest foods I can!
The plan is 7 days…so Today is Sunday…and I will break my fast next Sunday where I will be, for the first time ever meal prepping 1 meal and one snack per day for that next 5 day work week!
I will post here daily, after each morning exercise and weigh in. I will only be posting a weekly weigh in picture. I will also post my weekly meal prep once it is done!

I will be also posting the recipes and inspirational sayings as well as I know I will need all the encouragement that I can. If this 7 day water fast is successful then I will start planning my next fast from then, for now let us just try and get through one day at a time!
